Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policy
At Caddelle, each artwork is made to order with custom printing and hand-finished framing.
For this reason, our policies protect the integrity of the studio process while ensuring a fair and transparent experience for our clients.
1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damage/issue

  • Photographs of the packaging

Once your claim is reviewed, we will replace the item where applicable.
Please note:
Complaints received after 48 hours fall outside our transit insurance window.
Replacements requested after this period will incur production and shipping fees.
2. Art Prints (Unframed)
All Caddelle prints are custom-made to order, therefore:

  • Non-refundable and non-returnable

  • Only eligible for replacement if damaged or defective

  • Please ensure the correct size and orientation before checkout

International customers: we ship rolled prints only, therefore prints remain non-returnable unless damaged.
3. Framed Artworks
Our frames are custom-manufactured in-house using sustainable SA pine and hand-finished for each order.
Because framed artworks are permanently mounted, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the wrong frame size or colour was ordered and production has not yet begun, contact us immediately.
We will try to accommodate changes where possible.
4. Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request an exchange for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:

  • Exchanges apply to prints only, not framed artworks

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Customer is responsible for return & re-delivery shipping fees

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made prints (unless defective)

  • Framed artworks

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • International orders (unless damaged on arrival)

6. Restocking Fee
Approved returns (rare and only when applicable) may incur a restocking fee, deducted from the refundable amount.
7. Incorrect Addresses
If an order is delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply.
