South Africa (Local Shipping)

We offer free shipping within South Africa on all orders.

All artworks are made to order. Production takes 5–10 working days, after which delivery takes:

• 2–5 working days to major cities

• 3–7 working days to outlying areas

Framed artworks and large-format pieces are securely boxed and shipped door-to-door with tracking included.
International Shipping
Caddelle ships worldwide; however, due to the size and fragility of framed artworks:
We only ship rolled prints internationally.

• Rolled prints are shipped in premium reinforced tubes.

• Frames are not available for international delivery.

• International shipping is charged separately and calculated at checkout.

• Delivery time: 7–14 working days (excluding customs delays).

Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charged by their country.

Packaging & Protection

• Rolled prints are shipped in heavy-duty, crush-resistant tubes.

• Local framed artworks are wrapped, corner-protected, and boxed for maximum safety.

• All packaging is designed for art-grade protection.

Order Changes
Because orders are custom-made, changes to size, framing, or delivery details must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

1. Photograph the artwork and packaging immediately.

2. Email us within 48 hours at info(@)caddelle.co.za

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.
